| The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, board diversity considerations, and the search and nomination process) | The Board, having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee ("NC") and having reviewed and considered the working experience, qualifications, credentials, independence, age and suitability of Mr. Lim Chong Huat ("Mr. Lim"), is satisfied that he possesses the relevant experience, expertise, knowledge and skills to contribute to the core competencies of the Board. Accordingly, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Lim as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
